What the service does

PLAINGuide offers plain-language website guidance and an indicator beside a locally checked control. You make the clicks, enter information and decide what to submit. Guidance can be incomplete or mistaken; check it against the page. The helper does not make financial, medical or legal decisions for you.

Early access

The fixed example is free. Live help requires a verified account and an active subscription. The Chrome helper is currently a downloadable preview supplied outside the Chrome Web Store. Supported sites and availability are still being tested. Shared daily service limits can temporarily pause guidance before your monthly allowance is used; your unused requests remain available until their normal reset. Contact support if paid access is materially unavailable.

Accounts and appropriate use

Use an email you control and keep sign-in details private. Share only pages you are entitled to access. Do not resell access, send automated bulk requests or bypass security, usage or billing controls. Use the helper to understand and navigate the selected webpage. Unclear requests may receive clarification; a relevance score alone does not establish misuse.

Subscriptions and renewal

PLAINGuide costs $12 monthly or $115.20 yearly for 200 help requests per calendar month. Plus costs $24 monthly or $230.40 yearly for 600. Yearly prices are 20% below twelve monthly payments; the whole yearly amount is charged upfront. Prices exclude applicable tax, shown in Creem checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically on the selected monthly or yearly schedule until canceled. Creating an account alone does not start a subscription.

Request allowances

A successful AI response uses one request, including an explanation or additional page-context response. A multi-page task can use several requests. Known failed responses do not use the successful-request allowance; pending or uncertain outcomes reserve it until checked. Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month in UTC, including on yearly subscriptions, and do not roll over. Changing plans preserves usage already recorded that month. Task, account and service cost controls can pause help.

Cancel renewal

Use your account’s billing portal before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and keeps access through the paid period, unless a refund, payment dispute or security issue ends the entitlement. Cancellation itself does not issue a refund.

Three-day voluntary refunds

Request a refund through support within 72 hours of your first subscription charge. If you have used no successful AI requests since that purchase, the voluntary refund is the full subscription price. Otherwise, the refund is proportional to the unused request allowance for the purchased billing period: the paid subscription price multiplied by one minus successful requests used since purchase divided by that period’s allowance. The allowance is 200 or 600 for monthly billing, and twelve times that amount for yearly billing. We round to the currency’s smallest unit, with a refund between zero and the price paid. These fixed allowances are used for refund calculations; service quotas still reset by calendar month. For example, a $12 monthly purchase with 50 of 200 requests used has a $9 refund; a $115.20 yearly purchase with 50 of 2,400 used has a $112.80 refund, before any associated tax adjustment. We do not separately deduct payment processing fees.

This three-day policy applies to the initial purchase; routine renewal charges do not start a new voluntary refund window. Duplicate charges, billing mistakes and material service failures are reviewed separately. Creem processes approved refunds to the original payment method and handles any associated tax adjustment. Processing time depends on the payment provider. As part of an approved subscription refund, we cancel its renewal and end its paid access.

This voluntary policy does not limit any mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights that apply to you. Where law gives you stronger rights, those rights take precedence.

Privacy and account closure

The privacy information explains shared page context, providers, optional analytics and retention. Account closure requires email confirmation and cancellation of renewal first. Required financial records and unresolved usage receipts may be retained.

Support

Use your account’s Support page or email support@plainguide.online. Support replies appear in your account. Human response times are not guaranteed during the pilot.
