Yearly billing saves 20%: PLAINGuide is $115.20 per year, equivalent to $9.60 per month; Plus is $230.40 per year, equivalent to $19.20 per month. The full yearly amount is charged at checkout. Your request allowance still resets each calendar month, rather than arriving all at once.
What does a request include?
One successful AI response counts as one help request. An explanation or extra page check can use another request. A complete task may need several. Known failed responses do not use your allowance; pending or uncertain responses reserve it while their outcome is checked.
Limits, clearly explained
Allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month in UTC and do not roll over. Changing plans keeps usage already recorded that month. Both plans have the same guiding features. Each help task is limited to 30 requests; account and service limits can also pause help. Support is available if a limit interrupts you.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Prices are US dollars before applicable tax. Subscriptions renew on the monthly or yearly schedule you choose. Cancel renewal in your billing portal; access continues until the paid period ends.
